Refund Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Everything we sell is a digital download, so there is nothing to send back. That does not mean you are stuck with something that does not work for you.

The short version

If a guide is not what you needed, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it. You do not have to explain why.

How to ask

Email us at orders@clearedtoserve.com with the email address you used and roughly what you bought. That is enough for us to find the order.

We will process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank decides how fast it lands, but it is usually a few business days.

What we will always refund

  • The guide was not what the description said it was
  • You bought the wrong state, the wrong product, or the same thing twice
  • The download did not work and we could not fix it
  • You simply did not find it useful

Where we may say no

We may decline a refund where someone is clearly working the system — repeatedly buying and refunding the same materials, or refunding a large share of a catalog after downloading it. Our materials are files, and we cannot take them back, so this policy relies on ordinary good faith.

Please talk to us before a chargeback

If something is wrong, email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the sale and takes weeks to resolve, and we will almost certainly have just refunded you on request. We would rather fix it directly.

Guides that get updated

Regulations change, and we revise guides when they do. If we materially update something you have bought, you get the new version at no extra cost. An update is not a reason for us to refuse a refund, and it is not a new purchase.

Free materials

Our free checklists and quick-checks cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If one of them is wrong, please tell us anyway — we would rather fix it.
